Job summary

Marsh in Warsaw (Prosta) is seeking an accounting operations professional to support strategic and tactical project work for Finance and Financial Systems. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days a week and offers exposure to global teams.

You will act as SME, lead small project teams, map accounting processes, test system enhancements, and prepare business cases and rollout plans. Strong analytical mindset and communication skills are essential to drive improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Commercial experience in business analysis, preferably in accounting or finance.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication to present to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and multi-project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead small project teams on minor initiatives as SME.
• Assist in creating strategic documents such as Project Business Cases, Assessments and Communication plans.
• Coordinate with Financial Systems team and user groups to justify new system implementations.
• Analyze data and provide tactical analysis for projects.
• Test system enhancements and liaise with IT and users during upgrades.
• Map accounting processes and propose improvements including Robotics/automation.
