Job summary

WeSub SA is seeking a financial analyst to join the team in Poland. You will prepare analyses to support the Management Board, identify opportunities, and assess profitability across products and projects. The role involves budgeting, forecasting and creating tailored management reports, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and improving reporting efficiency.

The position offers hybrid work (3 days in the office) and opportunities to influence processes within the WeSub Group.

Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience in financial analysis, reporting or management accounting.
• Excellent Excel skills with ability to analyse data efficiently.
• Fluent English communication.
• Ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Analytical thinking, curiosity and ability to spot correlations and anomalies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial and business analyses to support decisions by the Management Board and senior management.
• Identify key trends, risks and opportunities and formulate recommendations.

• Monitor budget execution, analyse variances and support targeted results.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparing financial and business analyses to support the decision-making process of the Management Board and senior management
• Identifying key trends, risks and business opportunities, and formulating recommendations for action
• Analysing the profitability of products, customers, projects and business areas, including an assessment of business performance
• Monitoring budget implementation, analysing variances and initiating actions to support the achievement of targeted results
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
• Developing management reporting and analytical tools tailored to business needs
• Collaborating with managers in specific areas to interpret results and identify opportunities for optimisation
• Streamlining controlling processes, automating reporting and implementing solutions to improve work efficiency
• You will work directly with the CFO and the Management Board on analysing results and developing financial processes within the WeSub Group.

About you:

• You have at least two years’ experience in financial analysis, reporting or management accounting
• You are highly proficient in Excel and can analyse data efficiently
• You communicate fluently in English
• You are able to draw conclusions from data and translate figures into business recommendations
• You are characterised by analytical thinking, curiosity and the ability to spot correlations and anomalies
• You enjoy streamlining processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions
• You demonstrate initiative, independence and a sense of responsibility for the tasks you undertake
• You work well with different teams and value a cross-functional approach
• You feel comfortable working with large volumes of data and can present findings in a clear and understandable way

• Remuneration depending on your experience: for employment contracts and contracts for services, 11,000–13,000 PLN gross, or 12,000–14,000 PLN net for B2B contracts
