Job summary

Aon is seeking an EMEA Central Compliance Senior Analyst in Kraków, Poland, for a hybrid role that blends remote work with on-site collaboration. You will support regulatory and compliance activities across multiple countries and business lines, working closely with Compliance Business Partners and senior stakeholders.

In this role you will develop and maintain compliance policies, provide day-to-day guidance, monitor regulatory developments, and deliver reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Compliance, Risk, Legal, Financial Services, or a related field.
• Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within financial services.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret information and identify key risks.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with partners across different teams and locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the development and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks.
• Providing compliance guidance and day-to-day support to business partners.
• Supervising regulatory developments and assessing their impact on Aon's operations.
• Preparing compliance reports, presentations, and materials for senior management, boards, and committees.
• Supporting regulatory reporting requirements and maintaining compliance registers.
• Collaborating with colleagues across Compliance, Risk, Operations, and other business functions throughout EMEA.
