Job summary

Aon plc in Krakow is seeking an EMEA Central Compliance Senior Analyst to help deliver compliance activities across the EMEA region. You will work with Compliance Business Partners and senior stakeholders to implement and maintain policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with colleagues across Compliance, Risk, and Operations, providing day-to-day guidance to business partners and producing reports for senior management and boards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Compliance, Risk, Legal, Financial Services, or a related field.
• Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within financial services.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret information and identify key risks.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with partners across different teams and locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

What the day will look like

As an EMEA Central Compliance Senior Analyst, you will support the delivery of compliance activities across the EMEA region. Working closely with Compliance Business Partners and senior collaborators, you will help ensure that policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are successfully implemented and maintained.
