The role focuses on creating engaging digital experiences, driving online sales, and strengthening the Samsung brand across the consumer journey. You will lead from strategy to execution, coordinating with e-commerce, marketing, media, CRM and analytics teams, while delivering

Qualificações

• 7+ years of professional experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related area.
• Strong understanding of the customer journey and ability to plan content based on customer needs.

Responsabilidades

• Building communication strategies and marketing tactics for Samsung’s own digital sales channels, including Samsung.pl e-commerce and closed-loop platforms, to support brand awareness and sales growth.
• Defining and developing creative standards for eStore communication in line with Samsung’s brand identity.
• Developing and executing multichannel digital strategies across paid media, social media, CRM and website content.
• Planning and coordinating the production of digital assets for onsite communication and performance marketing campaigns.
• Contributing to e-commerce activation strategies, promotional mechanics, as well as the launch of new services and value propositions.
• Improving the online consumer journey and path to purchase, and developing new initiatives to enhance conversion and overall customer experience.
• Monitoring and reporting on performance, identifying optimization opportunities and continuously improving conversion, engagement and campaign effectiveness.
• Working with e-commerce, marketing, media, CRM and digital analytics teams, and external agencies.
