Job summary
Bayer is seeking a Customer Success & Digital Activation Specialist in Poland to support Digital Farming Solutions users across EMEA and the local commercial organization. You will drive adoption, engagement and retention for tools like Climate FieldView and Magic Trap, while working with sales and commercial teams to deliver country digital roadmap priorities.
The role requires training customers, providing first-line technical assistance, and collaborating to optimize activation workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agri-Business or related discipline with interest in digital agriculture.
- Experience in agriculture, digital platforms, customer support or activation roles.
- Proficiency with Climate FieldView and Salesforce, plus CRM systems.
Responsibilities
- Enable activation and support of Bayer digital farming tools with customers remotely, in the field or at events.
- Provide training, guidance and best-practice recommendations to improve product usage and value realization.
- Support FieldView activation, data connectivity and activation workflows; document inquiries in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with sales and partners to drive adoption and maintain customer relationships.
- Track activation metrics and contribute to country adoption targets and roadmaps.
