• Experience in data management, business analysis, client reporting, or financial services operations.
• Strong understanding of data sourcing, validation, and data flow design.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and work effectively with business, operations, and technology stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects in the design and implementation of data flow and data accuracy, partnering with operations, clients, and technology teams.
• Analyze technical solutions against business requirements and document needs with business teams.
• Develop data and functional requirements, with effort estimates, for deploying new capabilities.
• Contribute to information delivery and BI strategy sessions and data validation.
• Support development of conceptual and logical data models with business context and perform gap analyses.
