Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a small to medium team.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience mentoring/coaching colleagues.

• Strong attention to detail in data work.
• Intermediate SQL querying skills.
• 2 years as a data modeller or 5 years working with data in data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Line management and career development of a team of cross-workstream local Data Designers.
• Guide the team in creating data warehouse designs meeting requirements and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to principles and processes with accurate, timely documentation.
• Lead recruitment of new Data Designers for the team.
• Contribute to improvements in workflows and templates.
• When capacity allows, design data warehouse solutions following standard processes.
