Job summary

Webellian is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to strengthen the global Data Platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders, PO, and BI engineers to design analytical solutions, build dashboards, and ensure data-driven decision making across regions.

You will document data models, governance standards, and work within Agile ceremonies to deliver value. Hybrid work setup in Poland, with English communication across teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst.
• Experience designing dashboards and data visualizations.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing and lakehouse concepts.
• Proficient SQL skills, including complex queries and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON data formats.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder negotiation skills.
• English level B2+; C1 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional analytics requirements.
• Design dashboards and reports using Power BI and Databricks AI/BI Dashboards.
• Define data models, metrics, and semantic layers for consistency.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and data contracts.
• Collaborate with data engineers and BI developers across regions.
• Assess data quality, troubleshoot pipelines, and trace data lineage.
• Support Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Document technical and data architecture in Confluence and Jira.
