Job summary

EY GDS Poland in Katowice is seeking an Offensive Security Team Manager to lead a small team delivering Attack & Penetration Testing projects, threat modelling, and security reviews in a multinational environment.

The role combines hands-on testing with leadership, mentoring and reporting, requiring deep knowledge of web/mobile security, OWASP Top 10, and MITRE-inspired red team work. Excellent English is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Dev / ITSec conducting penetration tests projects.
• Knowledge of security issues at the technical level.
• Knowledge of solutions and recommendations to prevent or mitigate security vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge of the application security verification standards.
• Deep understanding of networks, operating systems and web app architecture.
• Familiarity with Red Team methodologies (MITRE, Social engineering, OSINT).
• Excellent command of English (German a plus).

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide a small team delivering Attack & Penetration Testing and security projects.
• Perform hands-on testing, analysis, and reporting for client projects.
• Contribute technically to cybersecurity engagements and internal initiatives.
