Job summary

State Street is seeking a Risk Manager, Officer to join our Credit Risk function within the Enterprise Risk Management division. This role emphasizes ownership, analytical depth, and responsibility for governance, controls, and management reporting in a hybrid work model.

You will deliver risk metrics, manage limit monitoring, support audits, and collaborate with risk managers and partner teams to keep the firm within risk appetite while modernizing Credit Control processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of risk or compliance experience (control, reporting or analytics).
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets; experience preparing management presentations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure real-time visibility and control over credit exposures.
• Own credit limit monitoring and manage exceptions.
