Job summary

Wella Company is seeking a Corporate Accountant for the RTR team in our EMEA SSC based in Lodz. You will ensure timely and accurate General Ledger processing, month-end close, and intercompany-related activities, aligned with accounting policies and external requirements.

The role requires 2–4 years in a matrix setup, 3–5 years in RTR/GL, and a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance. English proficiency and strong analytical skills are essential for success in this cross-cultural environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken required.
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience in a matrix organization (ideally BPO/SSC/GBS).
• Extensive knowledge about accounting and RTR GL procedures (minimum 3-5 years).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Responsibilities

• General Ledger operations and day-to-day processing.
• Perform periodic month-end closing activities.
• Treasury accounting and journal entries posting.
• Balance sheet reconciliations and monitoring.
• Preparation of standard reports.
• Fixed assets processing.
