Job summary

Avery Dennison in Brwinów, Poland, is seeking a Commercial Customer Service Representative to act as the primary link between customers and internal teams. You will manage end-to-end customer interactions, resolve inquiries, coordinate with supply chain and logistics, and drive client satisfaction and growth within our Label and Packaging Materials Group.

This hybrid role requires 4+ years in internal sales or customer service, fluency in Polish and English, and a proactive, entrepreneurial

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years in internal sales or customer service within manufacturing/production.
• Full fluency in Polish and English; Russian is a plus.
• University degree is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers across email, phone, live chat, and online presentations.
• Oversee end-to-end order processing and coordinate delivery schedules with Planning and Logistics teams.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer complaints, order discrepancies, and technical issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, identifying customer needs to cross-sell and upsell.
• Conduct warm outbound calls to prospective and existing clients while tracking sales activities in the CRM.
