Job summary

ITDS in Kraków seeks a Senior Infrastructure Data Engineer to build and support a cutting-edge data lake and analytics platform that strengthens cybersecurity defenses in the cloud.

You will operate Azure data and compute services, implement IaC with Terraform, manage networking and security, support CI/CD, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable cloud infrastructure for security analytics. Fluency in English is required, with a hybrid work model in place.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cloud infrastructure and platform engineering.
• Strong expertise with Azure services (Identity, Networking, Compute, Storage, Containers, Databases).
• Hands-on with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Power BI, Kubernetes.
• Proficient in Linux, Bash, PowerShell, Nginx/Apache, CosmosDB.
• Experience with IaC tools: Terraform, ARM templates, or CloudFormation.
• Experience with streaming platforms: Azure Event Hubs, Kafka, Spark Streaming.
• Knowledge of security and compliance practices (IAM, cloud auditing, monitoring tools).

Responsibilities

• Operate, enhance, and support the cybersecurity data lake and analytics platform in Azure.
• Build, deploy, and manage Azure solutions using Terraform for secure deployments.
• Manage Azure connectivity, networking, and security configurations (ExpressRoute, DNS, NSG, Firewall).
• Support CI/CD pipelines and maintain cloud landing zones.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and deliver reliable services.
• Troubleshoot cross-stack issues with support teams.
• Gather requirements and support application development within Azure.
