Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking an L2/L3 Workplace Engineer to maintain and enhance Citrix-based virtual desktops in Katowice.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, manage CVAD, DDC, StoreFront, profile management, and Windows server/desktop infra, while contributing to reliability and user experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Citrix CVAD environments management.
• Strong troubleshooting of VDI and end-user issues.
• Experience with Windows Server and desktop administration.
• Familiar with Group Policy and networking basics.
• Ability to script in PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance CVAD environments in production.
• Troubleshoot complex VDI issues and ensure high availability.
• Administer Citrix components and Windows server/desktop infra.
• Implement changes following ITIL processes.
• Provide operations support and documentation.
