Job summary

A leading technology services company in Poland is seeking a VDI Architect / Senior Engineer to lead cloud and infrastructure transformation projects. You will have over 10 years of IT experience, particularly in complex VDI environments, and ideally be an expert in Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop. The role offers the opportunity to influence architectural decisions and drive best practices while working in a collaborative and innovative environment. This position supports a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience and a minimum of one full Citrix implementation.
• Expertise in architecting, building, and supporting complex implementations in VDI.
• Fluency in English both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and technical direction of VDI transformations.
• Ensure architectural ownership of VDI solutions and adherence to security standards.
• Support delivery teams with ongoing architectural guidance.
