Job summary

Capgemini Polska seeks an experienced Senior VDI Engineer to design, implement and support enterprise-scale Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop environments. You will work with Architects and Engineers, translate designs into reliable deployments, and contribute to migrations, DR and optimisation initiatives.

Required 6+ years in IT, strong Citrix experience, Azure VDI willingness, and automation skills (PowerShell/Terraform). Fluent English; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in IT roles with hands-on Citrix technologies.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop or intent to develop expertise.
• Automation/scripting skills using PowerShell and Terraform.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and support enterprise-scale VDI solutions (Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop).
• Build and configure Citrix Cloud, Citrix on-premises and AVD environments.
• Execute migrations, testing, deployment, validation and troubleshooting.
• Manage access, control and resource layers; image, app and profile delivery.
• Contribute to low-level designs, build guides and handover materials.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to other engineers.
