Nordea is seeking a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst to join the Safekeeping & Corporate Action Business Technology team within Trading & Custody Services. You will translate business needs into clear requirements and collaborate with IT and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience within financial services, preferably capital markets or post-trade.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or in another analytical role.
• Strong communication and collaboration across business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear requirements and solution designs.
• Understand processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with IT development teams and stakeholders to implement robust solutions.
• Analyse data and operational flows to support decision-making.
• Engage stakeholders across business, operations and technology.
