Job summary

You will serve as a technical administrator within the Westinghouse portfolio, reporting to the GIC Tools and Applications Supervisor in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT or CS, 2+ years of support in complex environments, and strong documentation and English skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 2+ years of proven support in a complex application environment.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to interact with clients, peers and management to troubleshoot issues.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket queue to resolve incidents and perform operational tasks.
• Support configuration, maintenance and administration of applications.
• Create and maintain knowledge articles for supported applications.
• Create documentation for procedures and systems.
• Support patches and deployments and manage user access to applications.
• Collaborate with Tools/Applications and IT teams for support.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and best practices.
• Occasional evening work and on-call support.
