Job summary

EPAM Systems, a global AI transformation and software engineering leader, seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape end-to-end architectures for enterprise clients. You will guide delivery teams, engage in pre-sales, and drive scalable, AI-native solutions across cloud and on-prem environments.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define outcomes, design transition roadmaps, and oversee governance, security, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
• 8+ years of hands-on architecture of large software systems.
• Experience with cloud technologies and cloud migration strategies (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Proficient in SDLC with Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies.
• Solid development background in Java, .NET, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify clear requirements and use cases.
• Lead architecture governance and act as technical advisor to clients.
• Contribute to pre-sale activities, including RFP processing and proposals.
• Guide clients through architectural, technical, and organizational challenges.
• Develop roadmaps for asset migration, transformation and automation.
• Design prototypes, PoCs, and detailed architecture documents.
• Oversee implementation from requirements to go-live.
• Conduct architecture reviews and governance events onsite.
• Travel onsite to client environments as required.
