Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern to join our substation design team in Kraków. This hybrid role requires at least 20 hours per week and provides hands-on experience with primary and secondary circuits of HV substations.

You will collaborate with senior engineers, help prepare drawings and documentation, and develop skills in AutoCAD, Zuken E3, and EPLAN P8 while improving English and Polish language proficiency.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of electrical substation projects.
• Support the preparation of drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze and solve engineering problems.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions.
• Conduct research and gather data to support project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
