Description du poste

Rabbit Games partners with leading studios around the world to help deliver high-quality console and PC titles. We work across AAA and high-end AA projects, supporting game teams with engineering, art, design, and production expertise. Our team is fully remote, with developers based across Europe and beyond, and we are focused on building long-term partnerships and exceptional game experiences.

We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Generalist to manage and improve HR processes across the company.

This role will focus exclusively on HR operations and employee experience. The HR will work closely with employees, team leads, and company management, helping us build transparent, consistent, and people-focused processes within an international environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, development, retention, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate probation reviews, regular performance reviews, and salary review processes.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and support employees throughout their journey within the company.
  • Partner with team leads and managers on employee relations, performance, motivation, development, and team dynamics.
  • Support the resolution of workplace concerns, conflicts, and sensitive employee situations.
  • Develop, document, communicate, and continuously improve internal HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor employee engagement, identify potential risks, and propose practical improvements.
  • Support employee development initiatives, including personal development plans, feedback practices, and internal growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.
  • Track key HR metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Help strengthen company culture and communication across hybrid and international teams.
  • Ensure HR processes are consistent, transparent, and aligned with the company’s business needs.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in an HR, People Partner, or similar role.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
  • Experience working directly with employees, team leads, and senior management.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and attention to people.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt HR practices to different teams, personalities, and business situations.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several HR processes simultaneously.
  • Proactive and independent approach: the ability to identify a problem, suggest a solution, and take ownership of its implementation.
  • Experience working in a hybrid or international environment.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in the game development or IT industry.
  • Experience supporting distributed and multicultural teams.
  • Experience creating or improving HR processes in a growing company.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics, engagement surveys, competency frameworks, performance reviews, and development plans.

We are looking for someone who combines empathy with structure. The ideal candidate is approachable and supportive, while also being able to set clear boundaries, handle difficult conversations, and keep HR processes consistent.

This person should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities may change, and some processes still need to be created or improved.

We value flexibility, ownership, sound judgement, and the ability to build trust with both employees and managers.
