Job summary

Vestas in Goleniow, Poland, seeks a Group Lead for the Quality Department to supervise about 50 Quality Inspectors and drive safe operations, rigorous quality controls, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced production setting.

You will partner with the Quality Manager to ensure compliance, implement corrective actions, and maintain world-class standards while fostering team development and training at the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a team and implementing quality controls.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 standards and QA/QC procedures.
• Strong communication skills in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Secure a safe working environment across all process areas with robust quality controls.
• Ensure quality requirements are met per the control plan.
• Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee training per the defined program.
• Allocate resources according to the polyvalence matrix.
• Drive 5S implementation and ongoing maintenance.
