Job summary

Yassir in Warsaw seeks an experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead end-to-end HRIS implementations and optimization across HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll. You will drive projects from planning to post-go-live support, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

You will coordinate requirements, vendor partnerships, data migration, testing, change management, and stakeholder communications, delivering reliable HR technology solutions and strong adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Admin, HR, IS, CS, PM) preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in HRIS projects.
• Proven experience leading full HRIS implementations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HRIS projects from planning through post-go-live support.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Manage scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and changes.
• Coordinate data migration, integrations, testing (UAT), and deployment.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations.
• Develop and execute change management and training plans.
• Maintain governance, reporting, and project artifacts.
