Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a driven HR Transformation professional in Kraków to support HR projects by reviewing current processes and identifying improvements. You will work with clients and team members to streamline HR operations and assist at all project stages, from preparing materials to supporting implementation.

You will collect, organize, and analyze HR data to generate insights, contribute to client presentations and project documentation, and continually develop your consulting skills

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional HR transformation experience.
• Experience in HR SSC setup.
• Functional HR experience with consulting expertise.
• Strong analytical skills for HR data interpretation.
• Exposure to procurement, supply chain, FP&A, IT is a plus.
• Ability to take initiative and own tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills and deadline-driven.
• MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Knowledge of AI-based tools and automation in daily work.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel within Europe and potentially globally.

Responsibilities

• Assist in HR transformation projects by reviewing current processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Work closely with team members and clients to streamline HR operations.
• Assist in different stages of HR transformation projects, from preparing materials to supporting implementation activities.
• Collect, organize, and analyse HR data to support the team in creating insights and recommendations.
• Contribute to the preparation of client presentations and project documentation.
• Develop your skills through participation in projects, trainings, and learning opportunities.
