Job summary

Signify, the new company name for Philips Lighting, is seeking an HR Advisor to support line managers with HR management processes, policies, and practices for effective people management across Eastern Europe.

You will work with HR Business Partners and Managers on engagement, development, and communications, while aligning local processes with global HR initiatives and ensuring compliance and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in HR advisory roles with focus on employee relations, policies, and legal compliance.
• Proficiency in English and Polish.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strategic orientation with operational execution in diverse organizations.
• Enjoy working with people.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Eastern European HR Partners and Managers on engagement, retention, learning & development, and employee communication across Eastern Europe.
• Lead meaningful HR projects with business leaders and stakeholders across B2B and B2C verticals.
• Collaborate closely with talent acquisition on campus activities.
• Advise line managers on people management issues, complex HR processes, offboarding and legal boundaries.
• Implement global HR initiatives at local levels.
• Support managers with illness, absence, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
• Manage complex cases regarding employee contracting, compliance and ethics.
• Apply reward policies, payroll, and benefits management.
• Handle reporting and analytics.
• Support HRBPs with HR interventions.
• Drive standardization and improvements in processes and portal content.
