Sonova in Warsaw is seeking an HR Services Trainee to join the EMEA HR Services team and gain hands-on experience across HR processes, systems, and employee communications.
You will support day-to-day HR activities, review cases, prepare documents, and contribute to HR content in the CMS, ServiceNow, and other tools as you learn.
Ideal candidates are curious, well-organized, fluent in English and German or Dutch at B2 level, and able to work 3–5 days per week from the Warsaw office.
