Job summary

Sonova Group in Warszawa is seeking an HR Services Administrator to provide first-level support to employees and managers, handling routine HR inquiries and basic transactions while ensuring data integrity.

You will input basic employee data into HRIS, generate simple reports, help coordinate HR processes, and support continuous improvements in HR operations, with a hybrid work setup and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • First level support for employees and line managers in HR related inquiries.
  • Answering internal inquiries.
  • Responding to inquiries and performing transactions using documented processes and policies (through Inquiry System).
  • Escalating issues to second level support or triages inquiries to the appropriate queue.
  • Inputting basic employee data into the HRIS System database and / or documenting activities as requested.
  • Generate basic reports and performance measurements.
  • Reviewing documents and reports related to employee records in HR processes and verifies their accuracy.
  • Support in various coordinative tasks for HR.
  • Collaboration and support in various HR processes and process optimizations.

HR Services Administrator

The HR Services Administrator provides first-level support to employees by responding to HR-related inquiries and delivering efficient, accurate basic transactional processing. The role ensures a positive employee experience by addressing routine HR questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining the integrity of HR data and processes
