As an Onboarding and Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new employees joining our organization. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating and executing the recruitment process, managing the onboarding program, and assisting with various HR initiatives. You will collaborate with hiring managers, HR personnel, and new hires to deliver exceptional onboarding and recruitment services.

Duties and responsibilities
Recruitment
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate and participate in interview panels, providing feedback and recommendations.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms.
Onboarding
  • Develop and maintain an effective onboarding program to ensure new hires have a positive experience and are integrated into the organization smoothly.
  • Coordinate pre-employment activities, such as collecting required paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating the completion of necessary forms.
  • Create and deliver comprehensive onboarding materials, including welcome kits, company policies, and procedures.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation sessions to familiarize employees with company culture, values, and expectations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions and concerns during the onboarding process.
  • Conduct post-onboarding evaluations to identify areas for improvement and enhance the onboarding experience.
HR Support
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating HRIS systems, and generating reports.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and onboarding.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the HR department.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related inquiries.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a recruitment specialist or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in Polish and English
  • Collaborative approach, with strong ability to build relationships, gain credibility and partner with others,
