Job summary

Unit4 is seeking a Product Lead for HR modules within its HCM portfolio. The role is hands-on, focusing on strategy, execution, and end-to-end lifecycle of HR-related products. You will own the HR modules, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver value while navigating HR compliance across markets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of product management experience, strong HR domain knowledge, and a proven ability to drive roadmaps with data and stakeholder buy-in.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and the HR/HCM domain.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong grounding in product management methodology, agile practice, and the software development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to build and prioritize a roadmap using data, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Excellent communication and executive presence; able to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for the HR & Compensation modules.
• Translate market requirements and business cases into clear specs for Engineering, UX, and Test.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to align on roadmaps.
