Job summary

Unit4 NV is seeking a Product Lead to own the HR modules within our HR Management portfolio. You will drive strategy and execution hands-on, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver value in a complex, regulated HR domain.

You’ll manage the lifecycle from concept to launch, stay ahead of HR industry trends, and present outcomes to executives and customers. This is an individual-contributor role within a fast-growing cloud ERP company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and the HR/HCM business domain.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred.
• Strong grounding in product management methodology, agile practice, and the software development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to build and prioritize a roadmap using data, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Excellent communication and executive presence – able to influence stakeholders at every level.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, matrixed organization with many stakeholders and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for the HR & Compensation modules.
• Translate market requirements into specifications for Engineering, UX, and Test.
• Collaborate with broad stakeholders to align on vision without formal authority.
• Plan and deliver product increments with Engineering, Design, and Marketing.
• Build and manage the feature backlog with prioritization and feasibility in mind.
• Coordinate cross-team delivery and dependencies for efficient solutions.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to drive differentiation.
• Triage defects with support and drive resolutions with Engineering.
• Present vision, strategy and results to leadership and customers.
