Sitting within the vibrant, agile-focused EMEA HR Operations function, theHR Co-Ordinator, based in Poland, is the first point of contact for HR queries and plays a key role in supporting the efficient delivery of HR services to the business and wider People team. As part of the EMEA HR Operations Team, you will provide administrative and coordination support across the full employee lifecycle to employees predominantly in Poland, as well as Hungary, Czech Republic and Germany, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience.
Working within a busy and fast-paced environment, you will manage day-to-day HR queries through our ticketing system, ensuring requests are handled promptly and within agreed service levels. You will support core HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes, while maintaining accurate employee records and data across HR systems.
As part of a team going through an exciting period of change, you will help shape the ongoing improvement of HR processes by spotting opportunities to enhance efficiency and service delivery. This role offers great exposure to a wide range of HR activities and is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in HR operations.
