Job summary

Worldline, a leader in payments technology, seeks an HR Administrator to handle HR transactions, maintain employee records, support pre-onboarding, and ensure GDPR compliance across local policies and multi-country stakeholders.

You will collaborate with HR teams, deliver standardized services, manage HR data, and contribute to process improvements while meeting service levels. A hybrid work model, learning resources, and private medical care are available.

Qualifications

• Experience handling HR transactions end-to-end and maintaining records.
• Knowledge of GDPR and local employment regulations.
• Ability to work with multi-country HR teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process HR transactions in HR tools via ticketing systems.
• Maintain and update employee records and contracts.
• Support pre-onboarding activities and HR administration tasks.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation and GDPR.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR teams across countries and drive process improvements.
• Manage HR data quality and respond to employee queries.
