McCormick & Company invites you to join its HR Graduate Program in Łódź for a 12-month, part-time contract. You will rotate through two departments: Global Solution Center and EMEA Talent Acquisition, gaining exposure to end-to-end HR processes.
During the program you will work on posting job ads, maintaining candidate records in SAP HR, supporting events, coordinating interviews, and delivering HR administration across a global team. Fluent English and a passion for people are essential.

You will grow your knowledge and experience over 12 months, to become a functional expert. The 12 months interval is divided into 2 periods, and during each period you will have a chance to work among 2 different HR departments. Those departments are:

Compensation: starting from PLN 29250 gross per year STARTING SALARY (part time).
Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
