Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Senior Global Re-Organization & Operational Reporting Expert to drive the transformation toward a new Target Operating Model across Business Areas, Corporate Functions and Regional Hubs.

You will establish a robust reporting framework, coordinate the global Re-Org Squad, and partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and regional teams to enable informed decisions during the transition journey.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR, or related field.
  • Several years of experience in organizational management, reporting & analytics, PMO, operational excellence or similar.
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional projects in an international environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with executive reporting and governance experience.
  • Confident interacting with senior leaders in a global matrix organization.
  • Familiarity with organizational transformation, operating model implementation and organizational management methodologies.
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Excellent English; German is a plus.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain overview of planned, ongoing and completed re-organization initiatives across Business Areas, Corporate Functions and Regional Hubs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the global Re-Org Squad as a recurring operational working forum focused on issue resolution, prioritization, risk mitigation and continuous process improvement.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across HR, Finance, Legal, HR Services, Works Council interfaces and Regional Hubs.
  • Maintain and improve the operational reporting and governance framework for the Target Operating Model transition, including dashboards, KPIs, readiness reporting, issue tracking and escalation management.
  • Prepare management reports, decision papers and executive updates for senior leadership and governance bodies.
  • Monitor implementation progress, identify emerging risks and bottlenecks, and proactively recommend mitigation actions.
  • Build and maintain consolidated issue, dependency and improvement backlogs.
  • Support the cascade of decisions, guidance and key updates into stakeholder communities and organizational networks.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of re-organization governance, operational reporting and transition management practices.

How You'll Make An Impact

What You Bring
  • Completed university degree (preferably Master level) in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field.
  • Several years of experience in organizational management, reporting & analytics, PMO, operational excellence or similar.
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional projects in an international environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in executive reporting and governance.
