Bacardi Polska is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the Polish and European Distributor's Markets agenda. You will partner with line managers to deploy HR programs, champion our culture, and serve as the first point of contact for HR matters in the Polish client group.

With autonomy, you will drive talent acquisition, employee relations, diversity initiatives, and data reporting using Workday and MS Office.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR or related function preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in a Human Resources function.
• Practical knowledge of Polish Labor Law regulations (other European countries a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interface with individuals at all levels.
• Strong organizational abilities with impeccable attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
• Financial or budget management skills a plus.
• Independent thinker with strong business acumen.
• Aptitude in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with ability to create professional presentations.
• Strong analytic skills with ability to pull and synthesize data into meaningful summaries.
• Local Market language plus min B2 English language.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted HR partner for assigned Business Unit with a focus on cross-market collaboration and consistency.
• Support culture and engagement programs in accordance with Pillars and Values.
• Identify best talent for current and future recruitment strategies; support recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide coaching and counselling to Bacardi Primos.
• Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives (Belonging @ Bacardi).
• Facilitate training sessions and career development workshops.
• Coach Leaders on talent development methodologies and resources available.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Maintain HR system (Workday), ensure data accuracy, and provide reports.
• Drive implementation of global HR projects and programs.
