Rolls-Royce Corporation in Kraków is seeking an HR Advisory Manager to lead end-to-end advisory services for the German market. You will manage a team across advisory functions, collaborate with HRBPs and Centres of Expertise, and drive governance, efficiency and employee experience in a global services environment.

The role requires fluent English and German, a related university degree, and a track record in complex, multinational HR advisory.
