Job summary

Rolls-Royce Kraków is seeking an HR Process and Project Specialist to drive end-to-end HR processes for the German market within a hybrid Kraków office. You will mentor colleagues, refine SOPs, and partner with Payroll, HR Partners, and local entities to ensure compliant, efficient HR delivery.

Requirements include German at C1, strong HR process knowledge, and experience with Workday or SAP and case management tools. The role combines operational excellence with stakeholder support.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations for the German market.
• German language at C1 level (professional fluency).
• Understanding of end-to-end HR processes and payroll dependencies.
• Experience with Global HRIS platforms (Workday or SAP) and case management tools.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle complex HR cases across the full employee lifecycle.
• Act as escalation point for payroll discrepancies and compliance questions.
• Ensure high quality HR data and payroll inputs.
• Contribute to SOPs and work instructions across HR streams.
• Mentor HR Specialists and share knowledge within the team.
• Collaborate cross-stream to ensure hire-to-retire delivery.
• Support backup coverage and cross-training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with German labour law and internal policies.
