Responsibilities

• Provide HR administration support and deliver defined outputs.
• Update and verify HR data, documents, and case information per instructions.
• Prepare draft responses for standard employee and manager requests using approved materials.
• Use HR tools (SuccessFactors, SAP HR, M365) to complete tasks and extract summaries.
• Document routine issues and suggest improvements to templates or processes.
• Ensure outputs are delivered accurately and on time with data privacy kept in mind.
