Job summary

Adampol SA seeks an HR administrator to manage driver recruitment, onboarding, and documentation for foreign employees. You will coordinate with external institutions and internal departments, ensuring compliance with labour laws and recruitment procedures.

You will communicate in English and Russian, work independently, stay organized, and participate in HR projects, while enjoying flexible hours, occasional remote days, and professional development support.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration or personnel administration.
• Practical knowledge of driver employment processes.
• Experience in employing foreign nationals and understanding work and residence legalization procedures.
• Good knowledge of labour law regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Russian.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented work style.

Responsibilities

• Managing employee hiring processes, including driver recruitment and onboarding.
• Preparing and maintaining employee documentation.
• Handling employment processes for foreign nationals, including work and residence legalization procedures.
• Monitoring the validity of work permits, visas, residence cards and other legalization documents.
• Providing day-to-day support to employees and cooperating with external institutions and internal departments.
