Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is inviting a Global Air Logistics Training Expert to design, develop, and deliver learning solutions for healthcare and pharmaceutical logistics across Europe.

You will translate complex regulatory and operational requirements into engaging training, create e-learning content, run webinars and workshops, and support audits while collaborating with healthcare, quality, product, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare and pharmaceutical logistics operations is required.
• GxP principles and pharmaceutical compliance familiarity is essential.
• Understanding of IATA regulations and air freight operations is preferred.
• Experience creating training materials, e-learning content, or learning programs.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop healthcare and air logistics training programs for a global audience.
• Create engaging e-learning content using modern digital learning technologies.
• Deliver webinars, virtual classrooms, workshops, and blended learning solutions.
• Translate regulatory and operational requirements into practical learning experiences.
