Hostinger is seeking a CRO specialist to own website optimization within our marketing team, collaborating with Websites, Marketing, Design, SEO and Data Analytics to improve conversions.

You will generate hypotheses, run A/B tests, analyze funnels and performance metrics, and translate insights into actionable improvements that move customers along the journey. This role supports global growth with flexible work options.

• 2+ years of CRO experience in a tech-driven marketing environment.
• Strong analytics and data interpretation skills.
• Deep understanding of A/B testing, UX principles, and user psychology.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Optimize conversion funnels by analyzing user behavior to pinpoint and eliminate conversion bottlenecks, driving increased sales and engagement.
• Generate hypotheses, set up, manage, and analyze A/B tests on Hostinger's Website.
• Drive Data‑Informed Decisions: Monitor and interpret performance metrics, translating data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, development, and data teams to improve conversion rates.
• Research user needs and pain points, conduct usability testing to improve user experience.
• Apply the latest CRO techniques to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Prioritize testing opportunities based on potential impact.
• Report findings, present insights and next steps to internal teams and stakeholders.

Your role at Hostinger

CRO specialist in the CRO team. As part of Hostinger's marketing team, you'll be responsible for Hostinger’s Website optimisation and new opportunities. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Websites, Marketing, Design, SEO, and Data analytics teams.

Your day-to-day:

• Optimize Conversion Funnels by analyzing user behavior to pinpoint and eliminate conversion bottlenecks, driving increased sales and engagement.

• Generate hypotheses, set up, manage, and analyze A/B tests on Hostinger's Website.

What will help you succeed

Compensation from €3,500 - €5,400 gross/month, depending on your experience and skills.
