Job summary

Falck is seeking the Software Engineering and DevOps Centre of Excellence Lead to bridge development and operational reliability. You will define standards, govern infrastructure-as-code, and drive SDLC improvements across delivery teams in the CTO Area.

This role requires hands-on leadership and expertise in SDLC, IaC, and SSC automation to enable scalable, secure cloud-native solutions. As CoE Lead, you will mentor engineers, collaborate with security teams, and drive adoption of Terraform,

Qualifications

• Experience in software development with .NET and Azure ecosystem.
• Strong IaC and SSC automation capabilities.
• Proven leadership in DevOps and software engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Enabler for development teams; define standards and blueprints for Falck's app landscape.
• Provide hands-on engagement to deliver scalable, secure software solutions.
• Govern SDLC improvements and streamline development processes.
• Evaluate new technologies and drive adoption of in-house tools.
• Implement and manage IaC with Terraform and Bicep.
• Collaborate with operations on product deployment and monitoring.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Enhance automation of builds, deployments and monitoring.
• Lead security integration in CI/CD with CISO collaboration.
• Mentor Software and DevOps engineers; drive continuous improvement.
