Job summary

Flix is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) to support our Cloud Platform team on a project basis under a service agreement. You will design, deploy, monitor, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes, and help advance automation, IaC, and platform reliability in a collaborative environment.

The role requires hands-on Terraform, AWS, and Kubernetes experience, strong Linux skills, and proficient English communication within a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a DevOps / Platform or Cloud Engineer on enterprise projects.
• Hands-on IaC experience, ideally Terraform.
• Experience with public cloud AWS and Kubernetes.
• Proficient in Linux and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, monitor, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Automate operational processes and workflows with Bash, Python, or Go.
• Support CI/CD processes and enable teams to use the cloud platform stack.
• Troubleshoot issues with Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Improve platform reliability, incident response, and disaster recovery.
• Evaluate new technologies and provide implementation recommendations.
• Improve developer experience by enabling efficient use of platform tools.
• Participate in on-call activities to ensure platform availability.
