Job summary

Hapag-Lloyd AG, in the AI Hub within the Data Insights & AI Department (DIA) in Gdańsk, leads the Self-Service AI strategy and team. You will shape offerings that let colleagues access AI capabilities with minimal friction while fostering adoption and impact.

You will line-manage the Citizen AI Product Manager and marina AI Product Manager, set the self-service AI strategy, accelerate promising tools, and guide employee enablement and the AI Marketplace.

Job description

As part of the AI Hub within the Data Insights & AI Department (DIA), you will lead Hapag-Lloyd's Self-Service AI strategy & team. You will turn recurring employee needs and developments in the AI market into a practical offering of tools and capabilities that colleagues can use independently.
