We are recruiting a Head of Procurement

Lead and optimize our procurement function within the Division, located in Warsaw, Poland.

What you will be doing
  • You will work in a dynamic environment and be responsible for driving the company’s procurement strategy, ensuring compliance with sustainability goals, and supporting business continuity.
  • You will develop and deploy tools and systems to improve procurement efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness (Dashboards, legal templates, reporting tools etc.).
  • You will collaborate with global and local stakeholders to achieve strategic and operational excellence.
  • You will oversee a team of category managers, directly manage key technical categories, and lead the RFP process.

If you have experience in Automotive business and Compliance & Sustainability, this is an added advantage.

You will ensure procurement activities align with the company’s compliance and sustainability targets and manage procurement-related aspects during ISO, IATF and TISAX audits.

You have a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, Procurement Management, Business Administration or a related field.

You have proven experience in procurement leadership roles, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.

You have proficiency in procurement tools and systems, with a focus on driving digital transformation in procurement processes (you know how to use SAP).
