Job summary

Fresenius Kabi Polska is seeking a Head of Process Intelligence to drive our global Process Intelligence strategy and Celonis landscape. You will lead an international team across Germany, Poland, and India, translating process insights into measurable improvements and governance.

Qualifications

Are you passionate about transforming business processes through data and technology? We're looking for a Head of Process Intelligence to drive our global Process Intelligence strategy, unlock value through process mining, and lead the evolution of our Celonis landscape across the organization.

What you'll do:

• Define and execute the global Process Intelligence strategy and roadmap
• Lead and develop an international Process Intelligence team across Germany, Poland, and India
• Drive measurable business value by translating process insights into improvement initiatives
• Partner with Global Process Owners and business stakeholders to optimize process performance and compliance
• Own and evolve the Celonis platform, including governance, data models, dashboards, and analytics
• Enable business teams through standards, training, and self-service capabilities
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, and digital transformation
• Promote a data-driven culture across end-to-end business processes

What we're looking for:

• Proven leadership experience managing global, cross-functional teams
• Strong hands-on expertise in Celonis, including process mining, data modeling, dashboards, and analytics
• Experience delivering measurable business value through process intelligence initiatives
• Solid understanding of end-to-end Finance and GBS processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, T&E)
• Knowledge of SAP, SQL, and Business Intelligence tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience working within a Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or transformation environment will be considered a strong advantage.
