Diehl Controls Polska Sp. z o.o. seeks an experienced leader to shape and drive Europe’s Project Management organization, delivering complex embedded electronics projects with a high-performance culture.

You will mentor and grow project managers into business leaders, instill accountability, and focus on results across a multinational matrix. We require a master’s degree in a relevant field, extensive leadership in program portfolios, and strong English proficiency to thrive in a dynamic

• Shape and lead Europe's Project Management organization and create a high-performance culture that delivers complex engineering projects.
• Develop exceptional Project Managers into business leaders, fostering ambition, accountability, and focus on results.
• Drive the successful delivery of a complex embedded electronics project portfolio, ensuring outstanding performance in quality, timing, cost and customer satisfaction from concept to industrialization.
• Be the key driver of execution excellence, turning governance and ambition into successful results through outstanding leadership and flawless project delivery.

Who We Are Looking For

• Proven master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience leading portfolios, programs, and complex projects within a multinational matrix environment.
• Proven people leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to build, develop, and engage high performing teams.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, coupled with exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Business-fluent English and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced, and multicultural European environment.
