Job summary

Diehl Controls Polska Sp. z o.o. seeks a senior Test Systems leader to guide a global multidisciplinary team of 12–14 experts in test engineering, hardware, wiring and software.

You will define the strategy and roadmap for Test Systems across technologies and oversee electrical and optical test programs, including software development and testing. • Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary engineering teams in an international / manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of test systems and manufacturing-related technologies (ICT, functional test, automation, software/hardware integration).
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Who We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary engineering teams in an international / manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of test systems and manufacturing-related technologies (e.g. ICT, functional test, automation, software/hardware integration).
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Experience in budget planning, cost control and cost center responsibility.
• Strategic and analytical mindset, with a structured, results-oriented and solution-focused way of working; fluent English required.
