Sie arbeiten eng mit BU- und Standortleitungen zusammen, treiben Kostensenkungen, KPIs und digitale Reporting-Lösungen voran, bringen SAP- und BI-Kompetenz ein und führen ein internationales Team in einem transformerischen Umfeld.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Finanzen, Betriebswirtschaft, Controlling oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
• Mehrere Jahre Controlling-Erfahrung im Fertigungsumfeld
• Fundierte Kenntnisse Kostenrechnung, Budgetierung, Forecasting
• Führungserfahrung und Projektmanagement
• Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse; Power BI oder vergleichbare BI-Erfahrung
• Ausgeprägte Business-Partnering- und Analytikfähigkeiten
• Fließend Polnisch, Deutsch und Englisch

Job description

For an established, internationally operating European manufacturing company, we are looking for an experienced Head of Plant Controlling (m/f/d). The role combines business unit and plant controlling with leadership responsibility and offers significant scope to shape the future controlling organization.

The willingness to relocate and travel internationally is required.

Ihr Profil

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Controlling, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Several years of controlling experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally in plant, production, BU or group controlling
• Strong expertise in cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting and performance management
• Proven leadership and project management experience
• Very good SAP skills; Power BI or comparable BI experience is a strong asset
• Strong business partnering and analytical capabilities
• Fluent Polish, German and English
• Comfortable and experienced working in an international and cross-functional environment

Ihre Aufgaben

• Take ownership of controlling for a Business Unit and its European production sites
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, planning and management reporting
• Analyze costs, variances, operational KPIs and overall business performance
• Act as a strategic finance business partner to BU and plant management
• Support investment, capacity and performance improvement decisions
• Further develop controlling processes, KPI systems and digital reporting solutions
• Drive the use of SAP, BI tools and automated reporting
• Lead and develop the controlling team and contribute to international transformation projects
